Make a refreshing rum fizz cocktail with Zacapa, featuring Zacapa No. 23 rum.
1.5 oz Zacapa No. 23 Rum
0.75 oz Pineapple Juice
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
Coconut Milk
Sparkling Water
Pineapple Wedge & Fronds
Method:
Add Zacapa, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
Shake well and double strain into a highball glass with fresh ice.
Froth coconut milk in separate bowl with a frother or whisk until airy.
Top cocktail with a splash of sparkling water and coconut foam.
Garnish with pineapple slices & fronds.
