2 oz Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 Strawberries
2 oz Ginger Beer
Method:
In a mixing glass, gently muddle strawberries and lime juice. Add Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon and simple syrup, shake with ice until well chilled. Strain cocktail over ice in a Collins glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
